How much space do I need?

As a general rule 2 -5 Megabytes is a 20 page web site. If you are uncertain about the size of your web site just contact us at info@twsl.co.nz. At TWSL even our most basic plan provides you with a huge 50 MB which will be ample for most requirements you need.
The size of your website depends on many factors;
   •  Amount of pages
   •  How many images you have
   •  Animations / media playing etc

What do I do if I can't receive email?

The first thing to do is remember what you did last before you could not get mail, have you installed any applications did you modify your email program? You may have to uninstall or undo what changes you made to get your mail working again.

Is your connection to the Internet working? Can you surf the Internet? If not you may need to contact your Internet Service Provider (ISP)

Next check your mail settings with the 'email setup instructions' we sent you with your new account. We can fax these to you if you no longer have this sheet.

Finally contact us - there is a very small chance there could be an issue with our servers.

I can't access cPanel, how do I access cPanel?

You can access cPanel by typing in your website name followed by cpanel; ie if your domain name is www.mycompany.co.nz, then to access cPanel, you would enter www.mycompany.co.nz/cpanel in your browser address window. The password you use here is the main account password for the web site (the one you were given or selected when the web site was initially setup). If you are unsure of your username and password, please contact us and we will let you know what your username and password is.

The other main reason why you may not be able to access cPanel is that your firewall is blocking access to port 2082. Port 2082 must be open to outbound traffic in order to use cPanel. If you are unsure of how to setup your firewall to acheive this then please contact us and we will try to get you sorted.
